order placement
All online orders are processed using the highest security standards in the industry with military grade 2048 bit RSA public/private key pair data encryption and server certificate authentication.

shipping & handling
Orders processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS with tracking. Oftentimes, products may be on back order, so please email us if you would like to check for immediate availability. We can also accommodate overnight shipping requests.

international orders
Please be aware that all orders shipped outside the US may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Yubz Talk USA does not have information on customs or duties and we are not able to estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your purchase. We are not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will we issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for nonpayment of import taxes.  Any refunds or exchanges will require additional payment for shipping charges.

warranty
Yubz provides a 1 year warranty on all defective phones. Email us with a brief description of the problem you are experiencing along with the date you purchased the product and you will receive a RMA number authorizing the return.

return policy
Products are returnable for full credit less shipping charge within 14 days. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) as returns will not be accepted without this RMA number. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier and hold onto your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All returned opened merchandise will be charged a $4.95 restocking fee.

sales tax
All orders shipped to addresses in the state of Connecticut are subject to sales tax.
